If I could give it no stars, I would. Flys buzzing around inside of my window, Pina colada was unshaken, no ice, with no froth & in the wrong glass, looked like a glass of milk😖. vichyssoise was disgusting, I’d had better in my French travels . Then out comes the soggy bruschetta covered in cheese and cheap sauce, took one bite🤮 and dreaded how bad the main would be, so walked out. Paid but walked out. Should have known, owner said he had steak, not true, minced steak is not steak! I’m Australian and used to the best food, so I would avoid this place like the plague. They really are stuck in the past, god knows who’s out the back cooking, but this place doesn’t know how to run a modern restaurant and should stop trying. Absolutely disgusting! Owner called the police when we complained!! Food was inedible . Stale reheated food Should have walked out when we smelled it was musty when we entered.

We underestimated the time needed to dine for lunch on a time budget. Safe to say this is not a recommended spot for a coach tour lunch stop. We managed a starter only but it was very very good. Generally while welcomed we felt the service for visitors was very slow - since of course we were able to witness the service of locals who arrived after us. That suggests this restaurant perhaps does not require the trade of tourists. The food was so very tasty I would have loved to stay for all 3 courses. The staff were accomodating while not terribly flexible. If ever back in the area which is very likely we will return and have a full lunch or...
