Came here for lunch on our way to Bruges. Didn't have KFC for a while. This place here is conveniently located just an exit away from the highway. Ordered a cheese crunch burger, fried chicken parts and bacon wedges. Made a combo with drinks out of it. Prices were pretty fair, especially compared to my home, where KFC is quite expensive. Everything was hot, nicely cooked and still crispy. The Bacon wedges were really nice. Meat quality good as well. All in all a fine lunch stop. It's a KFC, so you know what to expect. But not all can keep the standard. But this here was a good one.

Au bout d'heure, j'appelle l'établissement pour savoir s'il y a un souci avec la commande et on me répond "Non juste on a eu du monde et on a privilégié nos clients". Rien de plus, rien de moins, aucune autre explication, ni même d'excuse ... Cette personne me précise simplement que la commande partira dans 10 min max... 30 min après, le statut n'a toujours pas changé sur UBER, ma compagne décide de les rappeller tout au moins pour pouvoir commander autre chose si jamais vu qu'il était déjà 23h ... La commande n'est toujours pas parti ... ma femme demande donc pourquoi et on lui fait la même réponse qu'au premier appel ... (sans parler de l'équipe qu'on entend rire derrière). Ma compagne demande donc pourquoi les clients sur place ou au drive sont prioritaire... La personne botte en touche donc on lui demande si nous sommes moins client ou moins important en passant par UBER et là, la demoiselle au bout du fil prend la mouche et nous rembard ! La commande arrive à 23h15, en l'ayant passé à 21h30 ... et que dire ... le sac est éventré nous mangeons froid c'est lamentable ... Quand je vois les commentaires déjà publiés pour ces mêmes soucis, je me demande sérieusement ce qui se passe là bas. A ce demander si nous sommes vraiment lu et écouté. Sur ce j'espère que des dispositions seront prises .

Is this a coincidence or just the way they are up there in the North...friendly towards French, but from the moment they notice your foreign, no more smile, unfriendly, unpatient, not even a 'bon journee' or a 'merci'... i'm Belgian by the way, and i did pulled up my best French, and i apologized for my bad French, she throwed the change on the bord (my hand was open to recieve the change) I kept beeing friendly but no reaction or change in attitude. After eating i wanted to order a cream ball Candien style, another person, same story, they change it to Caramel, i just was fed up with there behaviour and payed them unhuman creatures. NEVER AGAIN, JAMAIS, i better drove another hour towards KFC ENGLOS or WASQUEHAL, because there, the staff is always friendly and understanding towards foreign. 2/3 de votre personelle n'est pas gentille pour les etrangers, et je parle Français un petite peu. Pourquoi????Je suis un voisin de la Belgique, pas un réfugié de l'Afrique. JAMAIS Apres 2 jours en Normandie et tres gentille gents, une douche tres tres froid...

Very quiet when we went, and the restaurant was very clean ordered via the very modern tablet-style screens and within 5 mins a large amount of fresh chicken was served up, all neatly packaged the cups all recyclable with no plastic whatsoever.

I had 10 chicken strips and 3 dips, large fries, a large drink for just over £8.75 & my friend had a very tasty chicken and bacon wrap with a sauce, plenty of both chicken and bacon in it too and the whole thing looked extremely good.

He also had a large drink and fries for again £8.75

We've used this outlet before and it has improved each time.

Worth a visit if you are in Calais and are going back...
