Je suis vraiment déçue par le manque de professionnalisme de la boulangerie Marie Blachère à Calais. Je me suis rendue sur place hier matin à 10h pour des feuilletés au Nutella, nouveaux produits de la gamme , la vendeuse me certifie qu’ils seront prêts cet après-midi, la préparation n’a pas été faite en temps et en heure selon ses dires, elle m’invite à repasser. Je repasse comme convenu à 15h, la même vendeuse m’indique que finalement il y a eu un problème de cuisson et il n’y aura pas de feuilletés Nutella aujourd’hui. Je les appelle ce matin à 9h, personne ne répond au téléphone. Je n’ai pas envie de me déplacer une énième fois pour qu’on me confirme encore aujourd’hui que les feuilletés Nutella ne sont pas disponibles.
