Favolsa Pizza — Restaurant in Carpentras

They forgot our order and instead of preparing the pizzas as soon as they realised, we had to wait another 15 minutes. When we complained we were met with the signature French hospitality (which is fortunately on the decrease) and the host wanted to argue on the philosophical challenges of being on the employment market and somehow wanted to discuss that a pizza takes two minutes when we wanted to leave (despite the said 15 minute delay). Perhaps they were getting tired after a busy day (at 18) but then they might have considered closing early. Disappointing experience in an otherwise lovely town full of happy people...

AVOID THIS PLACE! I cannot understand why there are any positive reviews for this Pizza. The pizza dough was undercooked, the tomato sauce was flavorless, and the service was absolutely horrendous! We witnessed the main waiter (skinny 30 year old) treat customers with disdain, particularly those speaking English. AVOID THIS PLACE—there are other pizza establishments—Mamas Pizza...

Pizza avec une cuisson parfaite ,pate souple ,garniture "fraiche" que l'on sent bien en bouche ,:vrai" fromage qui a du gout ,le tout qui va jusu'aux bords ...herbes aromatique fraiches aussi qui accompagnent sublimement le tout. pizzas exelentes !!! top !!! Serveur (patron?) hyper sympathique et.chaleureux, très accueillant ,ce qui fait que l'on s'y sent trop bien. Restaurant avec vu dégagé sur une belle place (😅le soucis c'est qu'il y a 2 arbres qui gachent la vu sur le Ventoux ! mdr !)

Une supebe petite pizzeria . j'ai adoré ! Felicitation au boss et grand merci pour ce moment paisible !
