Last summer we rented a house for 3 weeks directly at the office of Slow Provence in Bedoin to be sure having a spacious, comfortable villa to stay in. We are a big family which needs a large house and this is not easy to find. Everything was settled smoothly…a villa in Aubignan where we stayed the year before…and confirmed by the agency by mail en by the owner by text message. We would get the renting agreement and the amount of the advanced payment in a short time, because they still had to agree about the fixed tarif for the next year with the owner. After 2 months of silence we contacted the office ourselves, only to hear from them that one of the co-workers oversaw our booking and in the meantime the house was let to another group. Although we were first to book nothing could be done…. The disappointment was huge…now we had to start looking for a suitable villa all over again, with possibility at this time of the year that all the houses for a big family like ours would be gone. The agency wanted to help us finding a new property, but because of their unfair and unprofessional behaviour we had lost all our confidence in them. Luckily we found another agency to assist us and we are now on our way to a magnificent villa near Cotignac… Family...

Stayed there last year in a villa in Caromb. Really nice view but the villa itself was in terrible shape from the inside. After being there for 15 minutes I tried to open the shades and the whole shades fell down. As recommended by Slow we had to use a spoon to open the dryer because it was broken and many more.

Then after we left as a typically French reaction after we voiced our concerns they blamed us for the shades and where angry that we did not clean the oven as to their standards. Really stupid and not how costumer service works. The Villa itself next to the things I mentioned was amazing so we were planning on going to next year (this year). But after this treatment literally at this moment I am staying at their Neighboring villa so I hope that their outing of frustration was worth the thousands of euros...
