McDonald's — Restaurant in Carpentras

I never write reviews, but this time I am. We ate here with our family. After ordering, we had to wait 20 minutes; we were missing 2 bags of cucumber, 2 bags of apple slices, and my daughter received a burger with a cockroach (!) in it. An actual cockroach. This could have seriously affected my daughter’s health. We’ve never experienced anything like this before. There was also an old piece of meat under the table from previous guests, covered in ants. I do not recommend this McDonald’s.

Update: I contacted McDonald’s Orange on July 8 following their response. The “manager” Felix, told me he would check with another manager regarding a refund and call me back as soon as possible. You would expect within 24 hours… It’s already July 14, and I haven’t heard a thing. They have my number, there’s really no excuse. Clearly, they are not taking this seriously. They also do not indicate that they do a health inspection. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Avoid this location...

Horrible food. I was on an exchange in France and had to go to Macdonald's a couple of times when we were there once even thrice a week and it really upset my stomach. I ordered fries which were a bit soggy and almost cold. The only good thing I can say about McDonald's is that the dessert are nice. But really it's not worth all the rubbish it produces. This McDonald's was different than any McDonald's I've ever been to. We ordered the food and sat at a table. They brought us the food and it came in reusable containers. The fries were in a plastic reusable container and the drink came in a reusable plastic cup. After we were done, we put the containers in the appropriate places before we left. It's nice to not feel so bad for creating so much waste from eating at McDonald's. I hope other McDonald's adopt this way...
