Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde déception quant au service que j'ai reçu lors de ma récente visite dans votre établissement. Malheureusement, mon expérience a été extrêmement décevante et mérite d'être partagée.

Lors de ma visite, j'ai dû attendre plus de 20 minutes pour obtenir simplement une carte des boissons (il a fallu demander 2 fois et c est jamais arrivé), et encore 25 minutes pour passer ma commande de deux limonades et un jus d'orange. Face à cette attente excessive, j'ai fini par me rendre au bar moi-même pour être servi. Il y a du monde , mais ca manque d organisation et de mémoire.

Le comportement du personnel n'a malheureusement pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes. Lorsqu'une personne âgée est tombée de sa chaise à proximité, la serveuse ne lui a même pas prêté attention. De plus, j'ai été choqué d'entendre un membre du personnel répondre à un client en lui disant de "se débrouiller lui-même" ou même a un enfant qui etait sur son passage : " pardon, put...!

En tant que client, je m'attendais à un service courtois, efficace et attentionné. Malheureusement, cela n'a pas été le cas lors de ma visite. Cette expérience a été extrêmement désagréable et ne reflète pas les normes de service auxquelles on devrait s'attendre dans un établissement de votre réputation.
