This restaurant advertises “poison de jour” Imagine situated 5 meters from the sea surrounded by local fishing boats … what a fantastic opportunity to taste the mornings catch!!! Well not to be!!!! not a fresh fish in the house .. I was served a soggy frozen filet probably bought from the local cash and carry in job lot bag of 20… when I complained I was told the poison de jour doesn’t have to be fresh!!!! lol what joke … my wife had mussels that were pre cooked with tasteless cream poured on top of them… this restaurant is a classic screw a tourist job .. not worth spending your time or money here …. TOURIST BEWARE … unless you like fish fingers.. I could have had a filet o fish at Macdonald’s for a tenth...

I went for one daily specials - duck breast with a green pepper sauce served with frites and a portion of salad. I had the duck medium rare and it was beautifully tender and tasty although it could have done with a dauphinoise potato rather than the fries.
Four main courses and a half litre of red wine was just under 58 euro which was great value as one of the group had an entrecote. The service was friendly and helpful and spoke English when we needed to. Well...
