Buffalo Grill Cholet — Restaurant in Cholet

I recently had the opportunity to dine at this steakhouse, and I feel compelled to share my mixed experience.

To begin on a positive note, the ambiance was warm and inviting - a nice touch that certainly enhances the overall dining experience. Additionally, the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous, creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality that was truly appreciated.

However, the main event, the steak, unfortunately didn't quite meet the high bar set by the ambiance and service. I found my steak to be over-roasted, leading to a somewhat overpowering taste that significantly took away from the natural flavors I was expecting. The core of a steakhouse experience, after all, should be a well-prepared steak, and in this regard, the meal fell short of my expectations.

As a patron, I believe in providing constructive criticism in the hopes of improving future experiences. Therefore, my suggestion would be to pay more careful attention to the preparation of the steaks, ensuring that they are cooked to the appropriate degree to optimize...

Cheap & cheerful American food. Relaxed atmosphere, Popular with families & groups. It's actually good value, you can eat here cheap and they are everywhere. The food is average quality, a french chain restaurant view on American food (some americans might not be impressed), but portions are generous & the menus are reasonable value. Free salad/bread when you arrive. Buffalo était le dernier restaurant de "chaîne" où nous allions encore sur Cholet, désormais il rejoint la liste des restaurants où nous n'irons plus ! Nous avons eu affaire à une serveuse plus que limite, arrivée à notre table, à peine bonjour, elle nous balance les salades d'entrée. Elle revient pour la prise de commande et nous avons eu le malheur de ne pas avoir choisi, nous sommes passées sur sa liste noire. Il a fallu réclamer la prise de commande 15mns après, malpoli, à la limite de l'irrespect. nous lui avons quand même dit qu'il fallait qu'elle change de ton...Rien n'y a fait ! Nous avons mis 15mns à avoir nos boissons et plus de 20mns à avoir nos plats. Tout était fait pour nous embêter et je reste poli ! Quel honte de faire subir cela à des clients ! Steak haché des hamburgers froids, faux-filet cuit sur une grill non nettoyé donc goût de cendre ! pas de dessert, on a préféré arrêter là ! Un œil jeté en cuisine par la fenêtre en allant payer, a achevé la soirée. La personne en caisse avait l'air désolée mais n'avait pas l'air de pouvoir y faire grand chose. A part, nous donner, pour simple dédommagement des jetons de jeux gratuits que nous avons refusé. Resté sur notre faim, nous sommes allés manger une glace dans le célèbre fast-food d'en face où nous avons été servis par des gens gentils et souriants...ça fait plaisir !
