An Incredible Eaterie

Reviews are always subjective and personal to the reviewer and I hope that mine will help you. We have been using "Le Bistrot" for a little under five years now. Since the various Covid-19 Confinements the Bistrot has re-opened under New management. Whilst we always had good experiences with the 'old', we are commenting today on the 'New'. Where shall I begin? It is exceptional. The choice of Menu is outstanding and the Plats du Jour are always equally so. Believe me, this Chef can cook!!! The prices too are extremely reasonable for this quality of food!!! As you will note from my many reviews, the Waiting Staff are of great importance. Here they are so helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They do however, remain very professional at all times and keep a constant running watch on your table without being intrusive. This is a real mark of their professional qualities. Yesterday, we had a Human error with our Bill, today we explained and it was 'spirited away' instantly. What could have been an unpleasant situation was turned into exactly the opposite. Well done to ALL the Staff involved and please accept my Public Gratitude. You are so worthy of it.
