Lots of people eating, seemed there wasn't enough people to serve everyone. Cocotte was ok, but it missed some bread or potatoes. Ok'ish burger but lacked sauce. French fries were good. Mayo comes at 1 EUR cost and is homemade. Ketchup is supposed to be free but it wasn't with the burger. The kids menu is definitely good value, however chicken was dry and the crust tasted a bit sweet (was sugar added?) and definitely not crispy. We expected more given the high rating.

Edit: I initially gave a 3-star review, which translates to "It's OK." However, after the owner's extremely impolite reply and legal threats, I feel compelled to lower my rating. It's disappointing that you seem unable to accept honest criticism.

I never said or expected to be served before others. I simply noted that it took an unexpectedly long time to order a single dish.

I never claimed ketchup wasn’t free—I said it wasn’t included with the burger, and since this isn’t indicated anywhere, customers should know to ask for it separately.

The chicken was dry—that’s a factual observation. And yes, the kids' menu lacked any sauce or vegetables, which would have made it a more balanced meal.

As for the cocotte, while it’s true that the menu didn’t list bread or potatoes, it's also a common expectation for a dish like this. It also didn’t mention onions, yet I assume you used them—so why dismiss my comment on accompaniments so defensively?

I genuinely wish you success in the future, but if this is how you handle reasonable feedback, I can only imagine how well your business will thrive.

And finally, about the legal threats, wow. Nothing says 'customer service' like threatening prison time over a 3-star review. I’ll be sure to keep my lawyer on standby next time I dare to say a dish could use more seasoning.

We spontaneously looked for a restaurant for the evening for a meal and a glass of wine. We went here because of the good reviews. The reception was very nice and we were able to choose a table. Unfortunately, the menu was only available in French on a large chalkboard. But Google helped us well. The service also tried to tell us two more things with Google, which was really nice. We stuck with two glasses of white wine and fish and chips as the rest of the dishes didn't appeal to us. There was a free amuse bouche, which was also nice. The food itself arrived relatively quickly, the evening could have been so nice. Unfortunately, the dishes were barely edible. The fish „crust“ was soft, greasy and made probably with turmeric. You could eat the fish fillet, the quality was okay. The fries were so greasy and tasted like an old deep fryer. We left half of it, paid quickly and then went to eat somewhere else. Unfortunately, the price of 30 euros per person was overpriced in our opinion. It was simply not well prepared in terms of craftsmanship and taste. I'm sorry to have to say it so clearly, but you simply can't serve...

We were thankful that they let us in during busy hours.however food was not as per the rating and review.fish and chips we ordered fish was falling of the batter ...fried fish batter was soggy ...homemade breaded chicken ordered for my son was chewy .we paid and left silently as it was busy didn't want to cause issue Infront of other customers and my son .next morning when we went out for a walk the person from the restaurant stopped and questioned our review and we had to delete as we were just tourist with a kid ..but placing this review to let you guys know next day encounter as tourist was...
