Tout Va Bien in Dieppe was hands down one of the best dining experiences I had in all of France — everything about it was a 10/10.
We arrived a little early before the dinner rush. A lady greeted us at first but left shortly after, and then a young male waiter arrived to start his shift and set up the restaurant. From the moment he stepped in, he was kind, welcoming, and completely attentive — even though he had just started working. His service was truly exceptional — the kind of genuine, warm hospitality you rarely find. I wish I had caught his name, because he gave us the best customer service we experienced anywhere in France, no exaggeration.
And the food? Absolutely fantastic. Every dish was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and presented with care. But the real star for me was the dessert — it was heavenly. I left feeling completely satisfied and already wishing I could come back.
Everything was a 10. ⭐ Service: 10/10 – Above and beyond ⭐ Food: 10/10 – Delicious and memorable ⭐ Dessert: 10/10 – Perfection ⭐ Atmosphere: 10/10 – Cozy, welcoming, and relaxed

Read moreWhenever I visit Dieppe I always eat here at least twice. The staff are very friendly and without ‘French attitude’. The menu is quite short, and features plenty of local dishes. And it’s only in French, a positive point in my view. The fish soup is wonderful. The oysters are spanking fresh. Their steaks are tender and flavourful. Prices are surprisingly reasonable given the touristy nature of the place, although I’ve noticed that the wines are more expensive than they used to be, ranging from €25.00 upwards. I usually opt for a dozen oysters or the smoked fish and potato starter (which is very substantial) and a bravette steak, medium (which is English ‘rare’) and I forgo any wine, selecting an orangina instead. During the summer season the place is packed. Outside as well as inside. But service is quick, and the food arrives promptly. The location is ideal for morning coffee and people watching, a lazy light lunch, or intimate dinner for two. For a substantial ‘snack’ try the moules frittes Dieppeoise. Simply put, I’ve never been served a bad meal here. It’s touristy, yes. But also very popular...
Read moreProbably the most incompetent restaurant. Which is a pity because the chefs are doing their job properly and producing good food. The waiting staff are totally incompetent. They walk back and forth often for no reason and have no idea about service. The restaurant claims to have wifi but no staff know the password. They claimed to be ringing the owner without success. It was obvious that no owner was supervising the useless staff. One of whom seemed to have a job watching the passing cars and occasionally clearing a table. I ordered white wine and she brought red. I ordered bread and she simpered of course. I never saw any bread. I was going to order more but decided to leave. Gordon Ramsay would have the right words. Added to that three tables had totally out of control young children whose parents seemed not to notice. And the staff did not have the nerve to ask for them to be controlled I would recommend all visitors who like their food properly served to give this place a...
