Would give zero stars if possible. I was excited to go to this wine bar while visiting Dijon. We made a specific effort to visit and headed over around 10p. There were were two tables outside, one empty, and fairly busy inside. The man at the bar (owner?) shrugged and said they were full, so we decided to forgo the open table outside for a glass of wine down the street and planned to return a bit later. At around 11:30 we returned and noticed lots of open tables and two occupied ones inside. The man at the bar once again shrugged and someone told us in English the place is closed. This is clearly not the case, as he was serving others and it was early enough. For whatever reason he just did not want to serve us.
