LA BÉCASSINE — Restaurant in Dunkirk

Let me tell you there is nothing homemade or authentic about this place! One chef and at least 2 microwaves....

Can't even cook a steak, we ask for medium rare, in French as i'm. Steak came very well done and I suspect it was cooked in the microwave it was so bad.

The chef happened to come and smoke around the tables in the terrace whilst people were waiting, classy I know, and asked us how everything was, I told him we asked for a medium rare steak and showed him what we got, his only response was yes it does look overcooked, no apologies or anything else . We didn't come to this place expecting a lot or a good service but I think there is a minimum, chocking!!

Keep your money and spend it...

Excellent accueil et très bon service. Cuisine très bonne également. Aujourd'hui au menu entrecôte très très tendre. Excellent rapport qualité prix: entrée/plat/dessert 15.90€ . Par les temps qui courent (inflation...) c'est vraiment très bien et l'on ne peut qu'encourager ces personnes qui nous procurent un moment de régal!!! Dommage que nous n'étions que de passage...
