My husband and I had wanted to eat here for some time and we weren't disappointed when we finally did! Firstly, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and their calm demeanour really adds to the relaxed atmosphere. We ate on the terrace outside which is a beautiful spot! Enclosed and cosy, surrounded by gorgeous plants, warm lighting, with a sense of space and privacy although others were dining outdoors too. The attention to detail here is amazing. My husband had a champagne cocktail aperitif which the manager kindly made for me too but alcohol free. The food was absolutely delicious! Elegant and not overly seasoned which allows you to really taste how each flavour complements each other. The slow-cooked canette with risotto was one of the best dishes I've tasted in a long time. Gorgeous flavours and textures. I really liked the chefs unique take on moelleux chocolate which was gluten free and sugar free, yet delicious! All in all, we had a wonderful evening. Thanks very much...

My third time here and loved it like the first time. Chef Claude Emmanuel keeps surprising me, as someone that has been to many michelin restaurants I’m blessed I got to discover this place and I can’t recommend it enough.

What you will find here is a tasting menu where you would be able start with his own artisan chouquettes, a refreshing drink with safran sirop, and a selected combination of his own crafted starters, then travel with him in a journey where you might find his unique way to play with egg yolk, walk into the main course where you’ll find meat or fish depending on the season cooked in a way that will surprise you, and then finish with one, two or three deserts depending on the menu.

I totally recommend the wine pairing, and going at night as you’ll have the longest menu, but don’t be afraid of going at midday because it is excellent as well.

I’m so eager to come back next year and see where his...

After a year's grace (and our absence for the 2 prior years due to travel restrictions leaving Australia) our return to this fabulous restaurant was a great delight for the 2 of us after being a devout follower since 2011. The food was outstanding, as always, the wine list a more limited but excellent selection and the service impeccable. The change of focus to the use of local safron was intriguing as was the change of format to focus on midday rather than evenings, at least hors-season, although exceptionally executed. We will return to La-Maison-du-Safran for other in-season, mostly local, produce exquisitely prepared and presented on later occasions. It is great to see you back, rejuvenated after a year's break, Evgenia and...
