En vacances dans les environs de Valensole (nous venons du Pas-de-Calais), nous nous sommes arrêtés à 9 personnes dans ce café pour nous rafraîchir. Chacun a consommé : bières, cocktails, boissons fraîches… Une belle addition, donc. Mais quand nous avons demandé deux simples carafes d’eau, elles nous ont été refusées sans explication, ce qui est non seulement regrettable, mais aussi illégal. Pour rappel, la loi française impose à tout établissement servant à boire de fournir gratuitement de l’eau potable aux clients (loi Climat et Résilience du 22 août 2021). Dans un village aussi touristique et charmant que Valensole, on s’attendait à un accueil plus chaleureux.
