In my opinion this is the worst restaurant in the whole of Provence. We have been on vacation for almost a month now and went to many French restaurants to experience french food and culture. Even a few Michelin star restaurants. We share food so we can experience more and never believe in wasting especially good scrumptious food. This is the first restaurant that said we were not allowed to share and must order separate plates. We did order one plate to start off since we were on holiday and had time to spend and was going to order a second if the food was goodIt seems it is a french culture not to allow it. .Thats ok too to me if it really is french culture even though it’s the first time we heard of such a thing. . But the waitress was so rude pointing it out to us. There are many ways to skin a cat. Don’t need to be rude. Service was slow and you had to call on them many times. This is the last restaurant anyone should visit. They are in the service industry but don’t understand service.

Fuyez! Passez votre chemin! Tarifs excessifs et quantités très insuffisantes ! Très déçue. Le lieu en lui-même est très sympathique, restaurant bien situé au centre du village. Grand parking à proximité. L'accueil est à revoir , même si nous avons attendu 15 minutes après nous avoir installé avant que l'on vienne nous demander si l'on avait choisi et ce que l'on voulait boire. Nous avons alors demandé la carte que nous n'avions pas eu... La serveuse nous a dit que c'était les plats inscrits sur l'ardoise ( bon ça ok pas de soucis ) en revanche elle a soufflé quand je lui ai demandé la carte des boissons/vins. ( Excusez-moi!). Choix très limité de plats. Une seule entrée. Nous avons donc commandé le paleron sauce vigneronne. La viande était extra , rien à redire, très bien cuite. En revanche je ne comprends pas comment on peut servir une aussi bonne viande avec une garniture pareille. C'est honteux : 3 feuilles de salade verte avec quelques frites qui ne me semblaient pas faites maison du tout... Pour 18€ le plat c'est scandaleux. Quand on aime son métier on ne peut pas envoyer ce genre d'assiette en salle. En bref: tarifs excessifs et quantités très insuffisantes, restaurant attrape touristes. Passez votre chemin!

C'est un restaurant au coeur de la vielle ville de Valensole, avec une très belle terrasse couverte, presque en face de l'antique fontaine. Le menu est hyper simple..pas d'entrée, ni de plat principal. Il y a 5 ou 6 choix, qui sont des plats repas. J'ai choiici une sorte de caprese sans basilic, avec une excellente buratta, et des tomates style cour de boeuf extra. Ma femme a choisi des gambas, 5 de bonne taille, accompagnés de riz. La quantité n'est pas opulente, mais la qualité est là. Nous avons fini avec une glace lavande couronnée de chantilly, un délice. Le seul bémol, c'est le.prix. 75 euros à deux (24 euros pour les gambas, 18 euros pour la buratta) ça tape un peu. Mais culinairement rien à dire.

Je suis francaise et ce restaurant est une arnaque totale. Les serveuses ne sont pas accueuillantes. La portion de la nourriture était minuscule par rapport au prix et ce n'était pas bon. Grosse déception. The waitresses were not welcoming. We asked if they had a table for three and they had a few table for two people available where they could just merge two tables together to have us sit down buy they didn't do so. We asked them what was the wait time to come back a alittle later and they said they couldn't tell how long it would take to have a table even though we could see three other tables were done drinking their coffees and were waiting for the bill. One person told us they had been waiting for their desert for 30min. It was as if they didn't care to seat us. Even worse, the food...the boulgour salad was so small, it was an absolute joke. It was supposed to be a main course....it looked like it came out from a small can, had no taste. It cost 18 euros for that salad....

Greetings from Brazil!

Eu havia acabado de sair de uma loja ao lado deste restaurante onde tive uma das melhores experiencias na cidade. a dona foi receptiva e tirou todas as duvidas que eu tinha, de forma respeitosa. Isso se chama experiencia do usuario, onde voce deve facilitar a experiencia do cliente.

Eu e minha família queríamos tomar um café e comer alguma coisa rápida. Então, fomos a este restaurante. Entramos no local, e a dona não nos deixou sentar lá dentro. Logo, pediu para sentarmos lá fora. Saimos e tentamos sentar em uma das mesas. Mais uma vez ela não deixou e pediu para sentarmos em uma mesa ao lado. Foi aí que desistimos e ela simplesmente ficou ofendida. Ainda pediu para arrumarmos a cadeira da mesa que tentamos sentar hahaha O mais engraçado é que tinha apenas uma pessoa no local e duvido muito que lotaria nas próximas horas.

Está tudo bem se você não pode servir café naquele momento. Apenas aprenda a ser uma boa anfitriã e explique isso para os clientes de forma respeitosa (é o que todo mundo fez em outros restaurantes que visitamos na viagem).

Cara dona, estamos em 2023... Valensole é uma linda cidade pequena, com poucos restaurantes. Se você nao consegue ser respeitosa, procure outro emprego :) também aprenda a aceitar quando um cliente não deseja consumir em seu estabelecimento. Não somos obrigados a nada e temos o direito de desistir 🫡🫡

Btw, é muito gratificante e triste, ao mesmo tempo, ver várias reviews com as mesmas reclamações. A dona ainda responde a todos com grosseria hahaha A vida é pequena, my friend, então tente ser mais calma com seus clientes. Você vive em uma cidade linda, com pessoas maravilhosas. Pra que tratar os outros mal ou não servir um simples cafezinho para quem entrar em seu restaurante?

Vocês não representam o povo francês. Representam uma imagem retrograda de um mundo desglobalizado que não...
