An amazing gem in Sisteron! Paul, one of the owners, is incredibly knowledgeable about wine and is always happy to provide excellent recommendations depending your mood and tastes. Loved every wine we tasted there and am sad to not have such a nice wine bar closer to me. The tapas selection was always so great and it was nice to have the menu change frequently as we returned to CitaSoif several times during our stay in Sisteron. Highly recommend! Citasoif is such a treasure in Sisteron. Paul treated my and my partner to excellent wine suggestions. He is a trained sommelier and it shows.
