Lek Manosque — Restaurant in Forcalquier

This restaurant is a definite "Go To" for an exceptional culinary experience in Asian cuisine! Everything, from the moment you walk in the door, to paying the bill at the end of your dining experience is a sheer delight. Madame Lek, her husband and the entire staff make dining here an experience you'll want to come back to over and over again. The decor, music and professional dress of the staff immediately tell you that this no ordinary restaurant. I recommend sitting next to the glass wall overlooking the kitchen. From there, you will see the expert, culinary skills of the staff, as if viewing a well choreographed dance, it's truly amazing to watch! The food is incredibly delicious and each dish is prepared with the utmost precision, piece by piece. We started with 3 appetizers (Spring rolls, Shrimp tempura, and Samosas) followed by their delicious Papaya Salad. Our entrées (Green Curry with Shrimp and Shrimp Pad Thai) were the best I've tasted! And the desserts (I recommend the Caramel Chocolate), were a perfect end to an absolutely fabulous dinner!

Actuellement en tournée et friands de gastronomie asiatique et notamment thaïlandaise, nous sommes venus déjeuner totalement par hasard dans ce magnifique restaurant Thaï de Manosque où nous avons été somptueusement reçu avec la bonne humeur et des sourires provençaux. Côté cuisine, la chef thaïlandaise nous emmène directement en Thaïlande avec ses saveurs les plus nobles et les plus marquées avec grâce et subtilité. N'hésitez surtout pas, passer à côté de cette belle expérience serait regrettable ! Dans mon top 3 de tous les restaurants thaï où j'ai mangé dans toute ma vie.
