It you want to try the traditional galettes of Brittany this is a good place to go. They were very busy on the Monday evening when we arrived in Fougere and were having to turn customers away due to lack of tables! They could do with more tables and opening hours! I had the Complete with mushrooms and it was delicious, with a pichet of excellent french dry white wine. We enjoyed our dinner here outdoors in the sun. We tried the Galettes - Gnome (Camembert and apple with bacon) and Goblin (Steak, cheese and onion). Both were tasty although I’m pretty sure the steak was a meat patty. Still yum. We also got a number 8 crepe for dessert which was really good too. If I could give their Moules a la Crème 10 stars, I would. Try the Moules Formule and you'll get frites that are perfect, a glass of wine, and a dessert crepe; for a slight amount more you can upgrade to the Moules a la Crème.
