Best Lebanese food I have had. And I have had it on all continents and throughout Lebanon -home made and in restaurants. All the food notes were perfect or near perfect. It was also light and light on salt which makes it harder to produce great taste. We had fattouch, eggplant caviar, hummus, and raheb/eggplant salads. They were all perfect and I have to note that it is rare to have great hummus and eggplant caviar/baba ghannouj in the same restaurant -even in the best restaurants of Beirut or Dubai. The falafel flavor was amazing - simple in a good way- with other restaurants drowning the flavor of falafel in too many spices. It was super crunchy. We also had the different kabob/ meat on skewers. They were all near perfect. The kafta had enough parsley. The meat and chicken cubes were nicely cooked and tender. The mint tea wasn't drowned in sugar and the mint leaves in it were super fresh. The desserts mouhallbieh and baklawa were also delicious and light. The owners were also very accommodating for allergies like gluten and eggs. We were there in August which is the dead season in that part of the world. There were not many people in the restaurant but the delivery business was very steady and non stop. The restaurant is nicely decorated and clean. It is however in the back of a strip mall and hard to find. The strip mall itself is in an idyllic spot nestled amidst the pine trees. It's a must visit place and I will...
Read moreWe did take away and took sandwiches, hummus, fattoush, warak anab and pudding with our menus. Sandwiches tasted good but were quite small. Hummus was quite okay but under expectations, taste wise + we didn’t have bread. Fattoush was good and Warak anab was also good. The ma3moul was a big disappointment, felt like it was not homemade. The baklava was an amazing suprise! We took one of each and we were not disappointed, highly recommend. We recommend the place for the amazing service and the welcoming atmosphere of the owners, we’re looking forward to going back!...
