The food is incredible. Tastes like a home made meal made with love. Morrocan food is quite foreign to us, yet it felt like our comfort food.
The Royal Couscous was full of deliciously braised vegetables, variety of meats including meatloaf, chicken leg and sausage, and topped with chickpeas. Everything perfectly seasoned and plated beautifully.
The Tajine of Chicken is akin to a hearty, yet light stew that'll just warm you up after an adventure in Grasse. Chicken leg AND breast was fall-off-the-bone tender. Particularly enjoyed the candied lemon, but be careful not to mistakenly eat the entire thing as it's not easily distinguishable in the dish.
Mint tea was super light and refreshing. I typically don't enjoy mint teas however this was more of a light mint flavor than the aromatic punch that mint usually delivers.
