Great day at Hydra, the staff were so welcoming and were very friendly and helpful throughout the day. Food was also amazing - and reasonably priced. We were asked about lunch sittings on arrival and so reserved a table for the second sitting at 14:00. âŹ85 all together for the sun bed (âŹ35 on its own for first row), a couple of coffees, large water, lunch (including dessert) and a glass of wine. We were not staying nearby but made the trip and it was completely worth it! We felt very welcome and the day was faultless! I would highly recommend and hope to return...

The website says â1 parasol for 2 mattressesâ at the price of âŹ25 (look at my 2 photos). That clearly makes it seem like youâre renting one unit that includes 1 parasol and 2 sunbeds. The neighboring place (Lutetia) charges âŹ11 per sunbed, meaning âŹ22 for two â so we figured Hydra was just slightly more expensive.
When we were about to leave, Hydra suddenly wanted âŹ50 for two people.
