Seeing that you love to have a spray when you get a poor rating. This isn’t about your food, your staff and their service but about you!
Everyone smokes and vapes in France and that is fine but when you see the owner (yes you) standing inside and surveying his restaurant and the eat space on the water front Vaping as two customer are about to walk in doesn’t really instil any confidence that if anything wasn’t just right that you would nod and say sorry! So vape away as it is your establishment 👌🏼
Dear Fabrice, Thank you for your response, although I found the tone of your reply surprising and unprofessional.
As a potential customer, and no where does it say you need a booking and I wouldnt imagine that you’d turn away a walk in if a table was free and not reserved. But I provided an honest review based on my initial experience at your establishment.
It’s unfortunate that instead of addressing the feedback constructively, you’ve chosen to make this personal as is well recorded.
As the owner, you have the right to manage your business as you see fit, but it’s important to remember that customer feedback, whether positive or negative, is an opportunity for growth. Reviews are the weakest form of praise. But you take great delight in slamming those who might possible disagree with you if shallow.
Step outside your little world or hospitality cocoon might be humbling for you .Dont be an autocratie it looks like a cheap suit on you!
Dismissing or mocking your patrons' concerns only serves to damage your reputation, regardless of how full your establishment may be.

Read moreWe liked the restaurant's food, and the waiter and waitress were nice. That's why we came back to the restaurant 3 times. But last weekend we had a horrible experience for this 3rd time, we went there with my friends.
When we were at the restaurant, our 2 kids (4 and 5 years old) drank the water from the small bottle of Vitel we carried out with us while waiting for us to choose the menu. We are waiting to order food for all of us then the owner rudely pushed us out of the restaurant. Two kids drinking water is the reason we were asked impolitely to get out of the restaurant by the restaurant owner, how disgusting!
At ~ 12:45 pm and our kids starved the whole morning playing on the beach, he did not care and raised his voice to ask us to change the restaurant. How unacceptable is that!
I do think that if you do not intend to show that you will spend enough money in the restaurant as the owner expects, you will be kicked out of this horrible restaurant.
