Restaurant Romania — Restaurant in Grasse

Horrible. The place looks like a cheap and bad taste wedding hall. Decoration is hideous, bling bling with lots of golden cheap stuff (even chairs and even the toilet!!), big chandeliers (completely inappropriate) but no table clothing, just a piece of cheap paper like in McDonalds. So much ugliness and bad taste, it hurts your eyes. Perhaps nice in Pakistan or another place like this, but in 21st century Europe, this is just awful. Menu is extremely limited, and not because of the sophistication of it. On the contrary, basic stuff that you can easily prepare at home. The second dishes came cold and they asked “oh, they didn’t bring you the soups”? The soups came after second dish, which got cold in the meantime. Desert came when we were still eating second dish and it was just left on the table in the middle of dirty plates. No spoons or fork for the desert, we had to ask for it!! The pork knuckle was very bad, it was inedible (old and bad quality). All in all, average to bad quality food, terrible service, horrible atmosphere and appalling, bad taste decoration. Nothing truly Romanian (of good quality) there. Waste of time to even take the time to go there. NOT...

Very good food and prices are also very good with fresh produce and high quality and good service. I recommend everyone to go try. I know the owner Dani and he’s a good man and this review isn’t because i know him because he doesn’t know I went to eat with my wife there. But when i asked who owned it and the server told us it was Dani , I was happy because he is an honest and good person and I know he will do well because he cares and is honest...

Nous avons passé un très bon moment au restaurant. Venus en famille, grande tablée de 11, nous avons été super bien accueillis.

Le personnel, de nationalité Roumaine, est à l'image de ce peuple : Super accueillant, gentils et généreux.
