Restaurant Taj Mahal Vallauris Golfe Juan — Restaurant in Grasse

Rude and extremely unprofessional. I placed the order online and after waiting for around 90 minutes I called the restaurant. Firstly, on coming to know about the delay, there were no apologies. I got the response that they don’t have anyone to deliver it and that the food is already made. I said that this means that even if you deliver it, the food will be totally cold. To this, the gentleman on the other side replied that if you order online it will be delivered cold only. As i was explaining that this is not completely true, it is not the first time that i am placing online order, he said that i should cancel the order, said that he does not have time to talk and hung up the phone even before I could say anything more. First of all, I am unhappy with the handling of the order and most importantly the behavior of the restaurant. Not professional at all. I think the restaurants like these are taking advantage of the scarcity of Indian restaurants...

We had dinner over here and my my - the absolute BEST !!!! Service for starters - quick and efficient very friendly cater to all needs and wants. The food was impeccable especially the biryani id say, I’m a big biryani lover and woah it was so good I had a whole tray ! LITTERALY 😂 recommend all their dishes true authentic Asian food if that’s what your after definitely 10/10 I’m originally from England and finding halal food here can be difficult this truly reminded me...

⛔️Dishonesty

We’ve ordered a chicken tikka masala which was very delicious, but they delivered only one Cheese Naan although we paid for x2 Cheese Naan.

The bag was sealed, which means they didn’t deliver it in purpose, and if you read their lowest reviews, this is a common practice in this restaurant.

We really like the food but we don’t like dishonest people. You’ve lost two possible customers.
