We visited on a busy Thursday evening in July. We arrived 15 minutes early thinking we could have a drink on the terrace but were told we were far too early and the terrace was reserved for hotel guests.

We sat outside which is lovely. Wine was nice. Food was hit or miss. The gnocchi was far too dense and gummy. The tuna was fatty and overcooked. French fries and appetizers were good.

Un accueil au top, une grande brigade de serveurs assez efficace, une sommelière qui connaît très bien ses vins. Un établissement de grande classe, un lieu magique franchement un environnement magnifique. On aurait tellement aimés que tout ça continue dans l’assiette 😚☹️ A part un menu à 29€ qui reste très correct. Le reste nous a beaucoup déçus 😞 : Le saumon gravelax était bon, bien assaisonné mais trop chaud 🥵 (a t’il peut-être trop attendu en dehors du frigo ?) (3 assiettes toutes les mêmes) quel dommage ! concernant le tataki de thon le poisson était trop cuit, manque de graines de sésame et surtout un guacamole d’avocat inexistant et un sauce thaï très insipide qui n’allait pas du tout avec ce plat. Un plat que nous adorons en temps normal au restaurant mais qui là nous a énormément déçus. Recette peut-être à revoir… concernant les pièces de bœuf 🥩 une était pleine nerfs mais les cuissons étaient correctes malgré tout. pour en finir avec les points négatifs des plats nous avons été très déçus et surpris par le poulpe 🦑 ! Surpris car lorsqu’on vous annonce un poulpe sur la carte on ne s’attend pas voir arriver qu’une seule tentacule ! 2 aurait été au moins moins ridicule ! Surtout vu le prix du plat 28,90€ on s’attend à un peu plus de quantité ou alors faut-il préciser sur la carte (tentacule ! De poulpe grillé et pas poulpe grillé !!!)
