Qu'est-ce qu'on mange ? — Restaurant in Grenoble

Two of us out of a group of seven ate steak here and within an hour both had developed the first signs of food poisoning. Within 3 hours we both had severe stomach cramps and diarrhoea which lasted over two days. In addition the waitress was constantly extremely rude. Do not eat here if you value your health.

Your response - rather than an apology for poisoning two of us and ruining our holiday is to accuse me of lying and not ever being at your restaurant and then accusing my friend of hiding behind a screen. A third friend has now posted a review with a photo which shows we were at your restaurant. But I am sure no apology will be forthcoming.

I suggest before anyone eats here they read through the large amount of one...

I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is great, very authentic. The staff is nice and even though their English knowledge is limited, they are very helpful and kind. The food is excellent, and the daily menu is absolutely worth it. For €17 you get a three course meal: starter, main and dessert. They also serve water for no charge. A stark contrast to the €8/L price that they charge for in other places up the mountain. I did not encounter any of the issues other 1-2 ⭐ reviews mentioned. During lunchtime the place is busy, many workers flock here from nearby villages, which I think properly indicates how good...

Food was ok, we had mussels but lots of them were stil closed. Flies everywhere, in the background a tv is playing very loud. The young waitress did her best but the lady at the bar was not friendly at all. When we wanted to pay in cash, there was an issue with the machine, the lady looked at/treated us as if we were robbing here, even when the waitress said she had issues before as well it could not change her look or mood. After 5 minutes the machine accepted the cash but appologies for the behavior...
