I was utterly disgusted by the nasty behavior displayed by a waiter (a tall white man with blond hair). We came to the restaurant in a group of 3. I stepped foot in the restaurant first, he saw me and gave me the signal to turn left to a dining room. I saw an empty table (for 4 people) with no reserve sign. I walked there , taking off my helmet. As i was about to sit down, the waiter rushed over and said to me ‘u cant sit there’. Taken by surprise, i stood up, and he asked ‘how many people re u’, we said ‘three’. He then replied rudely ‘we re full’. At that moment, another group of 3 who came after us made their way to the same table n sat down. I was shocked. He then randomly asked us ‘did you make a booking’. Why didnt he ask us that when we first came in, why pointing us to that room and letting us choose the table n then telling us all tables re full while letting another group take our table. I still dont understand why he treated us like that, but this whole experience made me feel discriminated. His attitude is the worst, if i were his boss, i would seriously consider...
Read moreThe place looks quite nice from the outside and it was not hard to get a reservation on the phone. The serving could have been better. I wanted to try the rib stake and ordered the meat well done as I usually like it. But she said that's not good and that she'll make it medium rare and I should like it. Why would the she think she knows better than the customer without being asked for opinion? The steak arrived and the meat was very red. I asked them to cook it a bit more and then it was eatable but still not well done. I also had to remind them to bring a side dish that they forgot. Overall it wasn't a very smooth experience so I suggest the restaurant listens more to...
