Au Bureau — Restaurant in L'Haÿ-les-Roses

Still sat at the restaurant while typing this, but thought a review is much needed. Service is good and the atmosphere is chill. We thought this won’t be a good choice as we were looking for “French” food and this place had a very English feel to it, with London post code decorations all around. We went for the pulled pork burger (€17 with fries) and a massive €21 double beef Empire state burger, also with fries, and I must say, they were both unbelievable!!! Only negative things I could say was that we wanted medium cooked beef and it was more medium-well done and the music was a little too loud and clubby for a chill/ pub-y place. I decided to visit the restaurant due to its lively ambience and sports TV. I ordered two items: the cheese platter and au bureau crepes. The cheese platter felt as if every item was burnt, but I somehow managed to finish it on self doubt. I told the waitress to investigate once i finished as much as I could but she did nothing. I was then served the crepes. And it was delicious and I was loving it until I felt a plastic splinter amongst the chopped dried fruits in my mouth. We knew we were in the right place when we were warmly greeted by Jovana as soon as we walked in the door. Despite it being only a few minutes left til the kitchen closed, Jovana guided us through selecting our food and submitting it ASAP. Her customer service, energy and warmth were so welcome after a long day of touring the city.
