We spotted this place as we drove to La Flotte and resolved to try it. It looked inviting and very typical of the Ile. Very welcoming owners and a great menu. The oysters were fresh and delicious served with a langoustine, prawns and winkles. My soup of vegetables was also garnished with a hard boiled egg, and slivers of Serrano ham. Touristic trap, no care service and food, over priced for the quality and the service they will give you plus you eat directly on the street, not even romantic, not even feeric neither in your plate or the view. Je pense effectivement que votre établissement mérite 3 ou 4* et si je n'ai pas pris la peine de justifier cet avis, ci uniquement faute de temps. En l'occurrence j'ai trouvé très sympathique votre accueil et très honnête votre carte. Seul petit bémol à mon goût : j'ai trouvé les coquilles saint jacques très goûteuses et bien saisies en surface mais insuffisamment cuites - quasiment crues de fait - à l'intérieur.

Le vin rouge que nous avons choisi sur votre conseil était quant à lui bon mais presque tiède.Question de goût peut-être là encore.

Quant au reste du repas: les petites bouchées au fromage proposées en "amuse- bouche" (je préfère personnellement "amuse-gueule" à cette nouvelle expression insipide et politiquement correcte) elles étaient, précisément plutôt sèches et insipides. Le dessert en revanche, "la fraise en folie": absolument délicieux de saveur et de fraîcheur

En bref, un restaurant tout à fait recommandable pour son rapport qualité-prix, surtout pour...
