The oysters are great. The setting is good (but there are better views at other oyster venues). The service is atrocious. We were not greated cordially or served with respect. We were installed at a table for 4, and 8 of us came to eat. We asked for chairs and they said there were none, they did not offer for us to move to a different table (the restaurant was empty... except 1 table). I wouldn't dare ask if a wine is dry because "they are all dry", our waiter answered with a bourgeois, impatient tone. To resume : I've been going to this oyster hut for years, before it was bought by Guillardeau, and I have decided that I will not return. There are two other oyster shacks on your way to this one, I'd advise you...

Not sure if this is how everybody functions along this strip but they would do well to reconsider their...
