The restaurant La Chappelle at chateau Guirand is first class wonderful views and interesting decor the staff were so friendly and professional. Of course the food is what you go for and it doesn't disappoint. The roast pig with jus was a large portion and so succulent. The daily 3 course (€25) curried mussels, was the best curry or mussels ever,! Then duck fillet with citrus sauce (again wonderful) great vegies followed by Mille fuille and Devine little marzipan biscuits with coffee, didn't try the wine but looked interesting. Unfortunately the wine cellar chateau attached were neither friendly or helpful (surely their there to promote their product? Obviously not) just go for the wonderful...

Will definitely make a point of returning there if I am back in this part of France whenever...
