We ordered the Grand Cru menu with wine pairings (3 glasses). The starter was oysters presented like a delicate jelly with beef tartare underneath, topped with a few popcorn pieces that added layers of texture. I especially loved the spiciness of the radish, which perfectly balanced the umami flavours.
For the main, we had the blue lobster—so fresh and delicious! The meat paired beautifully with the lobster sauce, which was lifted by just the right touch of vinegar. The refreshing, sober dessert at the end was the perfect way to finish the meal without feeling overwhelmed.
