visited this bar and got a situation with 40-years looking serveur that told another serveur not to serve me a beer because of my previous visit. So in my last visit this serveur yelped aggressively on me that i asked people for a cigarette with words like "if you can afford a beer you can afford yourself a cigarette". Okay, don't know maybe for some cultural code it perhaps non cultural behaviour.
