Royal Chine, restaurant asiatique — Restaurant in Laon

Very bad personnel and service. We were there with a group of people and asked us to pay afterwards. After we payed they told us that the payment was not finished and had to pay again. After we paid the second time we saw on our bank account app that we paid twice. We asked the restaurant manager to pay the money back and she refused. Very stressfull as a tourist and we missed also our event after the restaurant discussion. We never got back out money from the restaurant.

Eventually the fraud department of our bank helped us by giving back our money. These restaurant is very criminal for not giving back our money. We didn't feel safe...

Nous sommes aller se soir au royal Chine. La qualité des produits étais déplorable, nous adorons manger chinois d’habitude nous y allons régulièrement mes pas au Royal chine. Nous voulions changé et tester autre chose pour une fois.. Nous aurions du continuer nos habitudes.. j’ai mangé un quart de mon assiette et mon conjoint que une assiette est encore.. que se soit du repas jusqu’aux dessert nous n’avons pas aimé.. nous sommes rester que une heure dans le restaurant.. Au moment de payer le serveur ne m’a pas demander si sa été rien.. avant de payer je lui est expliquer se qu’il sait passée et que nous avions encore fin en sortant de table.. Pas un geste commerciale, aucune excuse et la simple explication que l’on a eu c’est “ on ne peut pas plaire à tout le mondes...
