La Dolce Vita — Restaurant in Largentière

Did not even get to try the restaurant. The terrace and the interior of the restaurant was empty. I enter to ask if it was possible to have a table for two people. The pizza-man had a rather haughty manner, and said that it was impossible because he was all booked. I left, and stayed for 5 minutes next to restaurant. The weird thing is that some people asked if it was possible to have a table, and apparently they were able to be seated. The pizza-man sorts his customers and it would seem like he rather loose potential clients than making money. The pizza-man lost two potential customers for life!!! Too...

Excellente qualité, des produits authentiques et un personnel très agréable. En duo pour la fête de la musique nous avons réservé une heure avant Accueille idéal, le serveur nous propose un choix en terrasse. La serveuse vient rapidement nous servir l'apéritif et prend la commande prenant soin (avec un délicieux accent -italien- ) Elle nous explique que les produits sont frais, et qu'étant en rupture de véritables olives italiennes, elle ne nous ferait pas l'offense de nous mettre les olives grecs à la place :-)) et propose des câpres (très bonne idée).

Les pizzas étaient très très très bonnes . On a passé un vrai moment dans ce restaurant où l'on ne vient pas seulement dîner mais également prendre un petit air d'Italie.

Onderweg van Lac Villefort naar Saint Ambroix kwamen we rond lunchtijd in Les Vans. Parkeren op het plein is eenvoudig en de keuze in restaurants langs het plein is enorm. Aan de schaduw zijde vonden wij La Dolce Vita. Wij waren vroeg, maar werden goed, bijna zakelijk, ontvangen. Na enige tijd kregen we de kaart en een kannetje water. Wij kozen voor de pizza en de plat du jour, in ons geval tagliatelle met huisgemaakte saus en parmezaanse kaas. De pizza was lekker, maar karig belegd. De tagliatelle was ook lekker, leuk gepresenteerd op een plat bordje, maar koelt daardoor ook snel af. Tenslotte was teleurstellend dat hier niet elektronisch betaald kan worden. Zelfs in Frankrijk is dit uniek aan het worden en verwacht je...
