Stoped for a decaf coffee most of every day after my paddle boarding for the last 2 weeks. We decided to try food too today. Asked for a decaf coffee and the waiter said they don’t do decaf. I thought, I will ask at the bar, because I’m here most every day and I knew that they do have. Went to the bar, asked, and same waiter said, I will bring over to you. 2 min later, waitress comes over to our table and srars screaming at me, that I’m not allowed to order from the bar, if I want coffee, I need to ask her She absolutely was out of order with the way she screamed and talked to me, even without letting me to tell her, that I ordered with her colleague who told me he will bring over to me. We where in shock. I said to my husband, that no way I will eat here and no way I will let anyone treat me like this. I went away from the table to the bar. My husband still was not sure what just happened. We did not eat but got charged anyway for the food. It’s not about money, is about zero respect for customers, zero manners & leads all business to the bad reputation just because of one member of staff.

We are from Scotland & do own hospitality businesses and for sure, we will never ever will allow our customers to be treated the way how we where treated today. In our 2 weeks holiday, this is the first place where we will be not stopping again.

So many beautiful restaurants around here, where you feel welcomed and leaving with the smile...

Un dîner improvisé fin juin, on a trouvé une seule table disponible sans réservation, avec les chaises hautes, bref on voulait tester cet resto et il étais 20h passé.. J'ai connu mieux en terme d'accueil et services, on a du tomber mal, du mois c'est l'impression qu'on a eu,

Pas facile de joindre le personnel de service quand la table est au bout du couloir, il y a toujours qqn avant vous qui a un truc a demander... Je tien a préciser que je n'étais pas le seul a avoir cette problème!.. bref

J'ai compter 14 table pleines- sans la nôtre, et des longues minutes ou personne ne passe, ou alors très vite, on se soucie pas trop de la clientèle.. Dans un resto qui se respecte, le serveur pas au moins une fois et voit si tout est en ordre - la c'est pas le cas, bon a savoir On donne priorité au débarras de table et non pas a la clientèle présente alors que elle en a des choses a demander.. C'est la chasse au serveur/eusse,

Les moindres remarques sont aussitôt rejeté, vous ne comptez que par le menu pris et c'est tout. Si tu prends un menu a moins de 15€ et que tu laisses pas de pourboire, t'es pas le bienvenu, c'est ta faute si t'a pas pu démarrer la suite ou si t'a pas aimé qq chose!

Faut peut être apprendre a servir et écouter ses clients sans distinction, ils sont tous leur mot a dire n'est pas? Je trouve que c'est dommage de gâcher un très bon moment avec un service médiocre.

Côté assiette on a vu des assiettes corrects pour leur prix , une nourriture avec goût (ça devienne rare) une très bonne bière pression, une bonne glace, du pain frais, pas mal du tout, pas d'accord avec la présence des certains produits non alimentaires dans l'assiette d'où ma note de 4/5 J'espère que ma contribution...

Unfortunately I did not have a good visit. There is no BBQ available - it seems they decided to leave thee items on the menu but just dont cook them (too hard.and $$$ I imagine for them). I came here solely for this. Very disappointed. My meat dish was very underwhelming. Overpriced for what I got. Got a beer in the cave, owner/bartender could be a bit friendlier as ignored me (canadian) for two French people/tourists twice for ordering even though I was standing there at the bar.
