Les Régates — Restaurant in Le Havre

The responsible person is sooooo rude! I had a group reservation made 23 days in advance. We have emailed to each other several times without any problem. And one week to our reservation she asked for the menu choices. I have emailed her all the choices. And then one day to reservation she emailed me once more to ask again for the menu choices. I've told her that I had already sent all the info and anyhow I would copy paste once more everything. Then I called her according to not have any problems. But she behaved madly, she told me that she didn't understand English and in English she told me that there was no time to prepare food and she had canceled our reservation! Later I made one of my French speaking friends to call her but she was behaving very madly with her as well.

In the end, my experience with them was terrible and this is the first time I was behaved like this especially when I made the booking with 23...

It's one of the restaurants you don't recognise directly as a tourist as what it is. The dishes are exactly what French are known for: playing around with local products in a way, no other nation can imagine, creating something really beautiful and tasty at the same time.

The service was the best we experienced so far at least havre, professional, but not overly serious.

It is located directly at the port/harbor and the terrace located at the first floor gave a very unique setting.

The place is located right by the port. From there it is possible to admire the sailing boats stopped at the harbour and a nice view over the sea. The food was very nice and tasty and the service was quite fast and very kind. The combinations proposed were great. Only negative point was a bit hotter inside.
