On Ferbruary 28, at 19:30 I ordered an "assiete hors d'ovre and by my big surprise after opening the pocket saw that, half of one of the "beignets" was bitten and placed upside down. I called the shop for explanation, he said maybe it is torn off due to over frying. C’est un excellent restaurant traiteur libanais. Il est situé à Livry Gargan. Il est très facile d’accès puisqu’il longe la Nationale 3. De plus, il y a un parking public qui est juste en face où l’on trouve toujours de la place. J’y suis allé plusieurs fois et je n’ai jamais été déçu. À chaque fois je prends un menu sandwiches avec pour entrée une salade Taboulé. Attention, ce ne sont pas des graines de couscous aromatisées aux feuilles de menthe que l’on trouve dans les vitrines réfrigérée des grandes surfaces. Ce n’est pas ça du tout. Mais c’est une vrai salade libanaise composée de persil plat finement coupé avec des dés de tomates fraîches et un jus de citron. C’est frais en bouche, c’est excellent. Puis j’ai pris leur sandwiches Chawarma. Je me suis régalé. De plus, le prix est plus que raisonnable. Il propose des menus sandwiches à 8€. Ce n’est vraiment pas cher du tout au vu de la qualité des ingrédients.

Aujourd’hui j’ai choisi une assiette mixte viande de bœuf et poulet accompagné de salade taboulé, hommos et pomme de terre sauté à l’ail. Ce fut un régal. Bravo à toute l’équipe...
