Starbucks — Restaurant in Le Raincy

Worst experience ever at a Starbucks! First, they would not accept our refreshment vouchers, we got from the airline for our delayed flight. We don’t speak French but we try to be respectful by saying at least a greeting In French. The Barista was the rudest person ever and would refuse to talk English to us and stick to French in a really condescend way, although you could expect a person that works at the airport to be able to communicate in English. He turned away when being asked a question and was not helpful or friendly whatsoever. Our friend was in the line a little before us and she hat the same experience. It’s sad for the other employees who were actually nice, but I would never come here again.

Zero customer service, when I asked for iced americano the cashier Nancy said they runout the Americano, so I asked for 2 shot coffee ice and cold water instead…then she asked me if I understand english 😩 I’m from Australia and I can speak english better then her French. After that she went to the coffee maker in charge said something, and then both pointed me laughing. It would be better laugh about yourself when you’ve chance to reflect yourself in a mirror. Your male employee working at 5-6 pm on Saturday 10th of October was extremely rude to me - he made the wrong drink, laughed when I asked him if he could heat it for me and ignored me afterwards. This is terrible publicity for your coffee shop. The girl, although she got part of my order wrong, was very kind and helpful. I am appalled at this customer service and expected far better treatment. Thank you for ruining my last hour in Paris!
