Nous avions choisi ce restaurant grâce à une Dakota Box et avons organisé notre séjour à Lyons-la-Forêt autour de cette expérience. Dès le mois de juillet, j’avais pris contact avec l’établissement en précisant que j’étais végétarienne et en demandant s’il serait possible d’avoir une alternative. On m’avait alors assuré qu’il n’y avait aucun problème.

Après plusieurs échanges téléphoniques, la réservation a été confirmée pour le 15 août à 13h, avec rappel de ma demande d’un plat végétarien. Tout semblait réglé.

Pourtant, le jour même, à 11h15, je reçois un message vocal m’indiquant qu’il aurait fallu prévenir une semaine à l’avance pour prévoir un menu végétarien, et que toute modification serait facturée 45 € par plat. Jamais cette condition ne m’avait été précisée lors de mes échanges avec l’établissement.

Nous avons donc dû renoncer, avec une grande déception, après avoir organisé notre séjour en fonction de ce restaurant. Nous regrettons fortement ce manque de clarté et de considération. Dans la plupart des établissements, qu’il s’agisse de brasseries ou de restaurants gastronomiques, il a toujours été possible de trouver une alternative végétarienne, même sans préavis.

Une expérience très regrettable, qui ne nous donne malheureusement pas envie de revenir ni de recommander...
