Burger and Waffle — Restaurant in Lesparre-Médoc

Good place to go for burgers and for the burgers it’s definitely a five star rating. You can “build” the burgers your own style, by picking from the different options of cheese, sauce, bun and other toppings. The meat is high quality and prepared very well. The chicken nuggets are proper ones and yummy. So are the fries, you can still see the original potato and the amount of salt used is proper. Definitely a recommendation for a good burger! My overall rating of four stars is only because of the waffles. I like the idea of the way they prepare waffles, it’s just that they are a bit too much of everything (at least for my taste). Franchement, une vraie pépite ! Dès l’entrée, on sent que l’endroit a été pensé pour accueillir les gourmands dans une ambiance chaleureuse et moderne. Le service est au top, souriant, rapide, et vraiment à l’écoute.

Mais parlons du plus important… les burgers ! 😍 Un pur bonheur. Pain moelleux, viande ultra savoureuse et parfaitement cuite, ingrédients frais et généreux, chaque bouchée est un plaisir. Mention spéciale pour le Waffle Burger, une idée originale et délicieuse que je n’avais jamais goûtée ailleurs. L’équilibre sucré-salé est juste dingue.

Et les frites maison ? Croustillantes à souhait, bien assaisonnées… un vrai régal. Sans oublier les gaufres en dessert, croustillantes à l’extérieur, fondantes à l’intérieur, avec un nappage au choix… une tuerie.
