Le Galipo — Restaurant in Lesparre-Médoc

We stopped here because everything else (besides one other restaurant) was closed. We ate pizza, burger and pasta. The pizza was supposed to have mozarella and olive together with mushrooms. It came with Emmentaler, exactly 3 olives and a normal amount of muschrooms. Let’s continue with the burger: It was cold, not well done as asked for and the potatoes were hard and not well cooked. The pasta came with peas (??) and wasn’t tasty at all. On top of that bad experience the staff was not attentive and we waited more than 40minutes to get our food. However, the restaurant still had plenty of spots inside.

You have two options, eat there or take-away. Pizza is the most common take-away, we got one and ate it on the beach, enjoying the sunset. But be prepared for a queue. We also ate at the table, plenty of different people, an animated atmosphere. We did not wait long for our food to arrive, it was full of flavour and well prepared. Do not hesitate to add it...

We ordered 2 pizzas (1x just chorizo, 1x vegetarian) medium sized for take away. We paid 28 euros. The chorizo pizza had barely nothing on it and was suuuuper thin. The taste was okay... But hunger was still on after eating it. The vegetarian was OK, too, but would have needed (more) salt. All in all the pizzas are way too expansive and...
