âââââ Nicolas. 5 stars. What a warrior! With 4 people like him, you can run the whole restaurant. He explains the whole menu ("You want 3 pieces? Okay, that will be 270grams.", which items are home made, etc.), he gives you advice on what to order according to your cravings, tells you which dishes he likes best and why, comes back to ask if everything is okay, just the patience of an angel. I wish we had cash money with us, to tip him properly. Hope a manager reads this, and give this boy a raise.
But... why two stars? Apart from Nicolas, we didn't feel welcome at all. We speak some French, just as Nicolas speaks some English. While Nicolas was running through the whole restaurant, we looked and even waved at some of his colleagues. Nothing. They look at us, point at each other and shake their head: "No." When I asked him, why he was running like crazy and some of his colleagues in our section were doing nothing, he said that they were busy and that he was comfortable speaking English and the others not as much. To pick up a plate and say: "My colleague will be with you in a minute." Is not that hard. Nor: "Hello" or "Thank you" or even point at the dish, smile and ask: "Good? No good?" The plates were almost empty, so you know it must have been good.
The kids cheese burger menu had a brown bun with seeds. A piece of meat and some cheese. The crepes are pre made and not even reheated when served. So, I do not recommend the crepe. The chicken on a bone on a stick. Taste is good, but very very salty. Beef on a stick, also tasty, but very very salt. No we understand why there wasn't any salt or pepper on the table. Use less salt, so you can serve just as yummy meals, but healthier.
The chocolate mousse Toblerone was waaaaay to sweet and not that air-y. It was quite dense (I put a timer and waited the recommended 5 minutes for the dessert to settle at room temperature.) Nicolas said the chef doesn't add extra sugar, just the Toblerone. So,my advice would be, use more egg white and way less Toblerone. If you're worried about the color being too light, add some unsweetened chocolate powder. Like the 'Blooker' brand.
So... give Nicolas a raise and use less...

The staff were very friendly, the burger was juicy and very tasty and portion sizes were quite generous. We were also offered an hour of pĂ©tanque (free) after dinner, which we thoroughly enjoyed. There were other groups of people playing the game around the restaurant, which contributed to the fantastic atmosphere. I would highly recommend this restaurant and would visit again with no hesitation if Iâm in...
