Factory — Restaurant in Lodève

I would never come to this restaurant again. Just as other people already commented the prices (17€) for the quality (old salad) and amount of salad are totally unreasonable. On top of that I have an allergy against nuts and the first salad I received was full of it even though it didn’t say anything about nuts on the menu. I sent it back to the kitchen telling them about my allergy. They said they will redo it but what they did was just a little bit of new leaves and refer the bread and cheese from the salad with nuts to the one without. Meaning there were partly still pieces of nuts on it. I was lucky enough to see this before I ate them. They reacted very unfriendly not taking my allergy seriously and just grinning at me because “it was only a few pieces of nuts”. This is a total no go, I mean it could have ended very badly for my health. And not taking this serious even not afterwards is just...

We went to Factory this evening in Lodève.

We were greeted by three members of staff who were very courteous. The waitress enjoyed practicing her English and the locals were friendly which was fun, and all in all the atmosphere was lovely.

We had carpaccio and a meat platter for starter and duck and skewered chicken for main. The carpaccio was to die for....served with a pesto and crispy onions...absolutely divine. The ratatouille with the main was delicious and the duck breast was a good size, cooked well and delicious.

Would defintely recommend and will return when back In Lodève in the...

Tout avait si bien commencé … un bel endroit, une atmosphère sympathique et des serveur.se.s accueillants mais tout à vite chaviré. 1- une attente interminable pour avoir nos plats. 2- les burgers étaient froids, nous avons du les renvoyer et ils n’étaient pas goûteux (sans parler des bouts de pomme de terre appelés plus communément, frites). 3- la musique est trop forte et il est impossible de s’entendre parler sans crier. 4- ils semblent tous êtes débordés, incapable de gérer leurs clients et leurs collaborateur.ices. 5- ils ont essayé de m’arnaquer et de me faire payer 57 euros au lieu de 31 euros (soit disant elle n’avait pas validé le paiement précédent). 6- nous avons commandé 2 cocktails pina colada, un avec alcool et un sans alcool. Lorsque les cocktails sont apportés, ils ont été incapables de nous dire lequel se contenaient de l’alcool et leur réponse a été « ben vous avez qu’à goûter ». J’ai rarement vu aussi peu de professionnalisme pour le coup … 7- dernier point, lorsque vous affichez sur la carte, une pièce de bœuf à 18 euros, la moindre des choses est de prévenir , en amont, si cette pièce n’est pas disponible mais qu’un autre plat est proposé, au prix doublé et non notifié sur la carte, soit 37 euros. La différence est énorme et cela aurait du être dit pour ne pas vendre du vent au client.
