Ô Tablier — Restaurant in Lons-le-Saunier

We were very lucky to get the last two seats. We were sat at the bar and could observe all the cooking. The menu is very small, with only 3-4 dishes as starters and main courses. The restaurant seats around 30 people, but somehow Louisa, the chef, copes entirely on her own, with her husband looking after front of house with another lady. That was the best gastronomic experience in a long time, thank you very much. The staff and especially the chef are incredibly friendly, courteous and attentive. The food was great, very imaginative dishes that tasted phenomenally good. The small but fine wine list with lots of Jura jewels deserves a particularly positive mention, and the chef can also give great advice if you have any questions. Thanks again and I hope to come back...

Restaurant EXCEPTIONNEL par le rapport qualité-prix offert. Un niveau de service rarement vu dans un restaurant, par exemple si vous hésitez avant de commander un vin on vous le fait goûter si celui-ci est disponible au verre...pour du blanc , du rouge.... rarissime et donc à noter, féliciter et encourager comme exemple pour d'autres restaurants. Enfin les plats sont tous très bons.J'ai personnellement commandé un filet d'agneau...cuisson parfaite, viande très tendre, un délice qui m'a conquis. Nous avons été ravis même si nous n'étions que de passage . Par contre heureusement que nous avions réservé à l'avance car en plein midi et en semaine (Lundi) le restaurant était complet.
