During my recent visit to Ogam, I had the pleasure of trying their bibimbap chicken, and it was a delightful experience that I highly recommend. The dish was a vibrant and colorful presentation of various fresh vegetables, perfectly cooked rice, and succulent chicken, all beautifully arranged in a hot stone bowl.
The vegetables were plentiful and added a wonderful array of textures and flavors. Each bite offered a different combination, from the crispness of the julienned carrots and cucumbers to the earthy richness of the sautéed mushrooms and spinach. The variety made every mouthful an adventure.
The chicken was tender and flavorful, with a deliciously savory marinade that complemented the vegetables perfectly. The rice, slightly crispy from the hot stone bowl, added a satisfying crunch to the dish. Mixing everything together with the traditional gochujang sauce brought out a harmonious blend of sweet, spicy, and umami flavors that was simply irresistible.
Overall, the bibimbap chicken was a fantastic culinary experience. The generous portion of vegetables and the well-balanced flavors made it a memorable dish that I would gladly return for. If you're a fan of Korean cuisine or looking to try something new, this dish...
Read moreThis is the best bibimbap iâve eaten in Europe. I had horrible experience in Paris eating Koreand food. But OGAM was different. I was surprised by the quality! I can confidently say it is better than some of restaurants in Korea. Also it is(I guess)impossible to get bibimbap with this quality and this price anywhere near Lyon. Great staff memebers told me they are preparing korean bbq, but I am already satisfied with bibimbap and the fried meat. Great place to...
