POKAWA Poké Bowls — Restaurant in Lyon

What a dismal experience today. People were standing inside the restaurant to try and watch for their trains and not ordering, so just getting in the door was an exercise in futility the staff really did not have it together. With an hour before my train, I thought this would be a safe bet. Was I ever wrong.

Thirty minutes and they still didn't have my order (come on, three people on the assembly line and it takes more than 30 minutes?); in fact, they lost my order.

I was trying to be calm and cutting them some slack, but after half an hour of no order, I realized it wasn't making any difference.

The best part was the bottle lemonade — probably because they had no part in making it, having been bottled elsewhere!

J'ai été accusée de vol a l'étalage par le serveur De couleur qui s'est obstiné a dire que je l'avais volé. Il a appelé la police avec un grand plaisir, sourire en disant "jouez pas à ça vous allez perdre et avoir des soucis pour rien"

Mais comme je n'avais rien à me reprocher j'ai attendu.

Ne voulant pas payer une chose que je n'avais pas volé. Pour toute information : J'ai juste regardé le cookie fait envie je l'ai donc reposé. (Sachant que le chocolat en général c'est pas trop mon truc)

On est allé jusqu'à vidée mon ce qui est très humiliant aillant des objets plus qu'intime. Étant rentrée d'une soirée assez particulière.

Ayant vu que j'avais pas le cookie sur moi j'ai pu repartir.

Cependant je souhaite porter plainte contre ce monsieur et l'établissement ainsi que parler au manager. J'ai fait une crise d'angoisse après cela étant reconnu par la MDPH pour dépression chronique et bipolarité cela m'a bouleversée car je suis innocente et j'ai des valeurs je ne vole jamais

Ce qui est sûr c'est qu'une plainte sera déposée contre le serveur pour m'avoir limite agressée verbalement. Accusée a tord de vol...
