The worst Starbucks in Lyon. Missing liquid from the drink, and after complaining, the barista gets upset because I pointed out that there is OBVIOUSLY liquid missing from the cup. When ordering the drink, they don’t even ask for your loyalty card, and if you ask about it after you’ve already paid, they just say "too bad," "too late." I went asking to the barista if she could give me my drink as I paid for it, because obviously, she didn’t buy it nor give it to me for free, and she just suggested adding COLD milk to a hot drink to make up for the missing part. Read moreIn my opinion the Starbucks concept of having the customer wait twice (for ordering and for the drinks) generally is unacceptable, but here the wait was especially long as just one person was making coffee at peak hour. After the long wait, it turned out the coffee was bad. As so often at Starbucks, the milk is overheated, ruining the cappuccini. And of course the price, more than 6 euro for a coffee, was much too high. . So, why did we go here?
